Little restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, including photos from Jerusalem on the walls. Food was tasty, well prepared and arrived soon after we ordered. Thoroughly recommended. .
Had to take away one star because I ordered a large Falafel but the server put down a medium, which threw off my meal. Had to order some extra falafel balls to be full. The falafel themselves were pretty spot on for Israeli style but the sandwich only contained maybe 5 small falafel and lots of lettuce/cabbage filler. With that said, was surprised with the authenticity of this cuisine for Kyoto.
Good pita & falafel but the winner for us was the chicken kebab! The falafel would have been better with more sauce or if they provided hot sauce and tahini on the side. Fries were great!! vegetable soup side was a bit bland so maybe just get a drink instead
Restaurant was cute and smelled really good inside
I haven't had Pita in such a long time, so eating here was really nice. I grew up eating pita, olives, and Baba ghanoush, so eating here really brought me back to my childhood. I have an allergy to milk products, so the vegan menu they have is really amazing. I love the banana soy milkshake. We got a few things to try, and we were really blown away. Even though this place was busy when we went, the staff were kind and hard working. It's a really nice atmosphere with a lovely interior.
When you enter here, you are welcomed to delicious food aromas and kind smiles of the staff members. The decor is simple and homey. The staff is incredibly friendly, our waitress spoke some English and it was so helpful when we ordered our meals.
I came here for lunch and inhaled their chicken kebab. One of the best I've had in Japan. If you're up for dessert, I reccomend their soy pudding. It's light, vegan, and yummy!
My dining experience here was so amazing that I bought some take out.
This location is near the station, has bike parking, and takes credit card. They also sell some goods like Tahini sauce jars and special teas. Go and enjoy!
I am not an expert when it comes to middle eastern cousine but I really enjoyed the food here.
I tried the Falafel since the restourant is named after it and it was delicious.
The prices are a little high but I would say the portions are also slightly bigger than usual.
The pita bread was also really good 🥙
Amazingly authentic Israeli food. Fluent in Japanese and English. The large is very large for pita 🫓 sandwiches. Medium should feed a normal adult. The baba ganoush wasn't amazing but the falafel 🧆🥙 is so perfect. Fully stuffed sandwich giving your a great value. Take your good to go and eat by the river
Outstanding falafel pita sandwich! The falafel was soft and the spices used were delicious. I also enjoyed the baba ganoush. It was a small serving, but extremely flavorful.
The atmosphere is cozy and warm. The vibe is laid back. I enjoyed the self-serve yuzu flavored water. If you haven't tried yuzu, it's a popular fruit common in Japan that is sour and like a lemon but a little more bitter.
Prices are very reasonable for lunch.
